Refund & Replacement Policy

All products sold on DecoYours are brand new and 100% authentic. Our return policy covers the following cases:

  • Damaged product

  • Defective product

  • Completely different item than shown on our website

Most items sold on DecoYours are eligible for exchange, except those clearly marked as non-returnable.

Buyers may request an exchange or replacement within 2 days following the return guarantee period, after delivery of their order.
📌 No cancellations are allowed once an order has been placed.


🔄 General Replacement Policy

A product is eligible for return/replacement in the following cases:

📹 A video of the unboxing is mandatory for any return request.

  • Product received is physically damaged

  • Product is missing components or accessories

  • Product is defective or not as described on DecoYours

  • Product is counterfeit or incorrectly shipped


Conditions for Acceptance of Replacement

  • The product was not damaged while in your possession

  • The received product matches what was ordered

  • The product is returned in brand new condition and in original packaging

  • 📹 An unboxing video is mandatory for any return request


Cases Not Eligible for Replacement

  • Buyer changed their mind

  • Wrong model or color ordered

  • Ordering error made by the buyer

  • Product ordered from another seller

  • Minor damage due to shipping

  • Package refused without valid reason

  • Electronics not working due to misuse

  • Mirror breakage (a $100 compensation will be offered for repair)

No return/refund/replacement for imported items

No return/refund for custom orders, even in case of delay or dissatisfaction


🚚 Special Return Cases

  • If your address is not covered by our logistics service, you must return the product yourself

  • If the exchange is approved but the unboxing video is not provided, return shipping costs will be your responsibility

  • Please contact our customer service before initiating any return

All exchange processing and approvals are handled exclusively by DecoYours.

Please request real photos before placing your order if needed.
In case of a non-returnable item received defective or broken, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
